We have been very busy at EnquiryMAX in the last 12 months. Our ethos for continuous improvement and growth has resulted in expansion in our digital development and customer service teams. The expansion will support further innovation on our industry-leading lead management platform. Overall, we have welcomed 15 new staff members to the EnquiryMAX team which now totals at 32 employees spanning developers, data analysts and customer support executives in our Leeds office.
Adding more than 100 dealers as customers in the last 12 months, we now support over 700 motor retailers the UK and work with every Jaguar and Land Rover site as well as leading groups such as Stoneacre and Marshalls.
Commenting on the growth David Boyce, managing director said: “Motorists are becoming increasingly more sophisticated in the way they buy a vehicle. And retailers spend a huge amount of money to bring them onto the forecourt. Our system helps dealers optimise their marketing and make the most of every lead. In an industry with tight margins, it’s vital the whole process is as efficient as possible.”
Our system provides automotive sales teams with the tools and mobility they need to engage with and improve the customer sales experience and we have future plans for investment in innovation to ensure a seamless end user experience and more efficient sales management within dealerships.
