At enquiryMAX we’re always looking for ways to help our dealers be more effective. Following a successful pilot our new partnership with CDK Global is now live.
It will provide huge benefits for UK dealers, letting them integrate our system with one of the leading DMS systems in the UK – driving a more efficient sales process while saving both time and money.
The integration gives enquiryMAX and CDK customers a seamless and personalised experience from the moment they arrive at the showroom. Customer records will be synced directly from the DMS, so the salesperson no longer needs to re-capture the customer’s history.
Sales teams will have the information they need directly from the enquiryMAX application, and can better track each customer’s progress and benefit from in-depth insight on each person. Also, GDPR preferences can now be captured and automatically updated in the DMS.
Plus, dealers will now have accurate vehicle stock data at their fingertips. As a car is being configured, stock data is taken straight from the DMS, making sure that the offer can be created with exactly the right specifications from available stock. This applies to both new and used cars.
A proven approach.
David Pay, Business Manager at Barretts Jaguar Land Rover, explains the benefits: “We piloted the CDK enquiryMAX integration and found time savings to be the number one benefit. On average, more than 10 minutes per car are saved, as the deal is configured and sent directly to the DMS from an iPad in the showroom. We have confidence in the data quality as it’s coming directly from the DMS. And the more time we save, the more quality time we can dedicate to our customers.”
A collaborative approach
Adrian Favill, director of technology at enquiryMAX says: “By working together with CDK, we were able to harness the power of the DMS data to create a seamless consumer experience in the showroom. We’re delighted to be able to offer customers this improved solution.”
